Favorite Frames | Ann Arbor Photographer

As a newborn and family photographer, I help capture those fleeting moments and help my clients get their images off their hard drives and onto their walls. While planning the layout for a gallery wall, I am often asked about framing. While I no longer sell frames, I am happy to share my favorite local and online places for framing.

Local

The Saline Picture Frame Company & The Dexter Picture Frame Company

They have a lot of beautiful options at various price points and they even offer a hanging service.

Frames Unlimited

I have had great customer service and had a lot of fun working with their staff custom framing some of my own photographs and my daughter’s artwork. They offer a discount for first time customers too!

I am sucker for collage frames from Target. Here is a recent find and favorite. Collage frames are nice for displaying fun snapshots of our day to day lives.

My clients have also shared that they have had a great experience working with Michael’s custom framing department (on Washtenaw) and JoAnn Etc. on Carpenter Rd.

 Online

I am currently obsessed with these frames from Crate and Barrel.

I also love the frames made by Framatic. I have the Woodworks in espresso and barn gray as well as the Bella frames in gold. You can find them online via amazon.com or adorama.com

Years ago, I purchased a kit from Target that included frames and a template. It has moved with us three times and I always find a spot for it. Some of clients have shared that they found wall gallery kits on wayfair, etsy, and Target online too.
