1. Where are you located?
Studio headshots are taken in my office/studio space centrally located in the 455 building on E. Eisenhower Pkwy in Suite #300. The building is across from Briarwood and sits between Mediterrano & The Olive Garden.
2. What is a "look"?
A package that includes multiple looks means changing wardrobe, hair & make up, and/or background.
3. Do you retouch the images?
Basic retouching is included in the base rate (adjustments for exposure, contrast, color correction, skin smoothing, and sharpening for output. Additional retouching is available at a la carte pricing. Please inquire.
4. Do you provide hair & make up?
I do recommend that women have professional hair and make up done for them prior to the headshot session. I have a list of recommended hair and make up artists in Ann Arbor that I can give you. On site hair and make up can be added to your package at a la carte pricing.
5. What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, your payment can go toward a future session but there are no refunds. You can reschedule once at no additional charge but if you need to reschedule a second time, you forfeit the payment.
6. What should I wear?
Please bring several options to your session. We will look through them together on the day of your session to determine what will photograph best and what looks best on you. You want to look like you on your best day, so make sure you stick with clothing that matches your personality and brand. Please see the blog post featured above with more specific tips on what to wear.
7. What else should I do to prepare?
Get your hair cut (and colored if you typically do so) 3-5 days before your session. Be rested and drink plenty of water. Water is amazing for your skin.
8. How long does it take to get my images?
For the in-studio session, you will select your favorite image for basic retouching right at the end of your session. Please allow 3 business days for retouching and online delivery. Same day delivery is an option for an additional fee. Please inquire.
9. What if I want additional retouching?
After receiving your high resolution files, please send me an email if there is additional retouching you would like done. I will send you a quote on how much it will cost.
