Urban Photography | Ann Arbor Photographer

As a family portrait photographer in Ann Arbor, this photo shoot was a bit of a departure for me. Before I had kiddos, I enjoyed photographing architecture and macro shots of nature. Once my children were born, my focus shifted to portrait work. When I had the opportunity to lead a photowalk with a fellow photographer, and the goal was NOT to capture portraits, I jumped at the chance. Most of my portrait work occurs at local parks so an urban shoot sounded like a lot of fun. Also, I knew it would be an excellent opportunity to meet other local photographers and to capture something different.
