Last weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing this smart, adorable little girl for the fourth time. The first fall we met at an Ann Arbor park when she was around 10 months old. She had squishy cheeks, and the most inquisitive expressions. Mom and dad helped create some pretty photos of her by tossing some leaves into the frame while Baby S watched.
Last year, at almost 2 years old, this big girl marched around the same park with the same squishy cheeks; but with longer, curly locks, an ever expanding vocabulary, and a smile that made us all smile. And she insisted on throwing her own leaves.
This fall we met at a park in Plymouth and I’m not sure I can call this sweet little girl a baby anymore. Not only, could she say my name very clearly, but we could carry on a little conversation about sparkly shoes as she giggled and ran through the park.
